Public bug reported: When I head into Gnome tweaks, in the appearance category, I wanted to scale my wallpaper background. When I switch the scaling mode to "Scaled" there is a blue bars in the background of my wallpaper. Other Scaling modes work fine like "Center" "Zoom" "Stretched".
