For example, for the first it raeads "New Window", not "New Window Ctrl+N". Install the libgtk-4-1 and libgtk-4-common package updates from proposed. Consult https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed if needed. Verify the bug is fixed: 2.1. Exceute 'orca'. 2.2. Execute 'nautilus'. 2.3. Click the button with three horizontal lines in the left side bar. 2.4. Verify that the screen reader reads the actions' names and the keybindings listed in them. For example, for the first it reads "New Window Ctrl+N". [Where problems could occur] Regressions could be observed in the screen reading of GTK4 applications, in particular in reading of actions (https://docs.gtk.org/gtk4/actions.html).
