Similar error on Ubuntu 24.04, but with storescp instead of storescu.

The segfaults started a week ago, just after restrting the Ubuntu 24.04
server. I guess the daemon based on storescp was still using he previous
version of libdcmtk. I'll revert to the previous of libdcmtk/dcmtk,
hopefully it will solve the problem.
