Thank you for filing this, I can confirm that this "upstream releases quite close to the Ubuntu release, therefore go git-based first and bump to the final version before we release" model has been what we used for several years.
I co maintain this in Debian with Frode and Luca and can confirm that the current sync [1] is what we should go for in Plucky. @Release team, if you agree please accept the OVN sync from plucky- unapproved [1]: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/plucky/+queue?queue_state=1&queue_text=ovn -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2105758 Title: [FFe] Update OVN to new 25.03.0 upstream version To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ovn/+bug/2105758/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
