Public bug reported:

Please remove lyricue armhf binaries in plucky release pocket.

lyricue is uninstallable on armhf due to the dependency chain lyricue
(armhf) -> default-mysql-server (arch-all) ->  mysql-server (armhf),
where mysql-server package does not exist on armhf with the 8.4 version.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-8.4/8.4.4-0ubuntu2/+build/30340185

lyricue is currently reported as uninstallable on https://ubuntu-
archive-team.ubuntu.com/proposed-migration/plucky_uninst.txt and this
can be confirmed in an armhf chroot

# apt-get install lyricue

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
default-mysql-server : Depends: mysql-server but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
E: The following information from --solver 3.0 may provide additional context:
Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting decisions:
   1. default-mysql-server:armhf is selected for install because:
      1. lyricue:armhf=4.0.13.isreally.4.0.12-0ubuntu11 is selected for install
      2. lyricue:armhf Depends default-mysql-server
   2. default-mysql-server:armhf Depends mysql-server
but none of the choices are installable:
      [no choices]

The various Reverse depends queries for lyricue show nothing whatsoever.

lyricue is a leaf package and not in Debian
