Public bug reported: The libcamera stack on the Raspberry Pi requires that the user have read/write access to /dev/dma_heap/linux,cma to allocate streaming buffers. After discussion with the kernel team there shouldn't be any issue with granting this access via the udev uaccess mechanism.
