Thanks for your report. I can confirm that the commit is included in
upstream's development branch. But it does not seem to be included in
any upstream release yet. Therefore, not in Ubuntu nor Debian.

$ git tag --contains a5e7a642059ee28d6d19c7a8f75d820b65c858b9

=> gives no output

Considering we're past Ubuntu's Beta freeze already, I do not feel
comfortable cherry-picking this ahead of an upstream release. It will
trickle down to Ubuntu eventually, probably in the Plucky+1 release.

If you feel this is super important to have earlier, please provide a
more detailed rationale in your bug description of why this is needed
and potentially file for a FeatureFreezeException:
