Ubuntu SRU guidelines say "This must never be 'None' or 'Low', or
entirely an argument as to why your upload is low risk." (see
https://documentation.ubuntu.com/sru/en/latest/reference/bug-
template/#sru-bug-template). You might consider writing a short
description of, e.g. what might go wrong if the patch misbehaves (Ubuntu
and Debian do have differences, especially in the compilers/toolchains
department).
