*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 2068107 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2068107
The problem is with a 3rd party kernel module you have installed, and not a bug with Ubuntu or the kernel. ERROR (dkms apport): binary package for rtl8821CU: 5.4.1 not found Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 6.8.0-54-generic (x86_64) Considering that the system in question is using an Intel wireless chip, I'm not sure why you have rtl8821CU installed, unless you also use an external wireless adapter. The easiest way to make the errors go away is to remove the rtl8821CU module. If you need the rtl8821CU module for some reason, then you need to find an updated version of it that works with newer kernels. ** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 2068107 package linux-headers-<version> <version> failed to install/upgrade: installed linux-headers-<version> package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2103861 Title: package linux-headers-6.8.0-54-generic 6.8.0-54.56 failed to install/upgrade: installed linux-headers-6.8.0-54-generic package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 11 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2103861/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
