OpenJDK 24 is the latest releases of OpenJDK[1] needed to keep Java ecosystem 
relevant in Ubuntu.

[Changes]

openjdk-24 GA is build 36[1] which is already present in the archive[2].

24+36-1 changes the upstream url and version numbers in the d/rules[3].

There is no functional difference vs. 24~36ea-1[2].
