Repro is actually rather easy:

$ apt install snmpd
$ tail -f /var/log/syslog | grep snmpd
Mar  6 06:38:08 f snmpd[6147]: systemstats_linux: unexpected header length in 
/proc/net/snmp. 237 != 224
Mar  6 06:38:08 f snmpd[6147]: message repeated 2 times: [ systemstats_linux: 
unexpected header length in /proc/net/snmp. 237 != 224]
Mar  6 06:39:08 f snmpd[6147]: systemstats_linux: unexpected header length in 
/proc/net/snmp. 237 != 224
Mar  6 06:43:08 f snmpd[6147]: message repeated 4 times: [ systemstats_linux: 
unexpected header length in /proc/net/snmp. 237 != 224]
... [will repeat once per minute, you might not see all due to supression of 
repetitions] ...
