Public bug reported:

Current version of the package on Noble release - 5.0.3-1ubuntu1 - does not 
support 'cgroupns' option in DockerClient methods.
Can you please update it?

[Steps to reproduce]
>>> import docker
>>> client = docker.from_env()
>>> client.containers.run("ubuntu:latest", "echo Hello world!", cgroupns="host")

[Expected result]
b'Hello world!\n'
