So it took me a bit more time but there was also a UEFI update coming through, moved to 6.11.0-18 from oracular-propposed a few days ago. Since, I have been able to use everything as before, and especially tried multiple times to play fullscreen videos with success. Usually it would fail after a few hours. Given the STRs being unclear, I cannot yet declare victory, but things looks much better.
So at that point, two options IMHO: - the issue is some resource exhaustion that was caused by a third party (e.g. firefox) and that got fixed in parallel (I run nightly) - some fix made it between 6.11.0-13 (from the initial report here) to 6.11.0-18 that I am running as of today. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2095100 Title: kernel panic when setting application in fullscreen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2095100/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
