Please be patient with me: I'm a newcomer to linux. As for your questions: there is no directory /etc/apparmor.d or anything similar. The command "journalctl -u apparmor -u mysql" gives me the output you find in the zip file. I stopped the process when the logfile hit 8MB since it seems to go on forever. Hope this helps.
