Public bug reported:

Ever since the update earlier this week, my computer is no longer waking
from suspend. I hit the power button, it turns from blinking to solid
indicating that it's supposed to be on now, but then nothing happens. I
have to completely turn it off and then on again to get the desktop to
load. It's possible the issue has something to do with how Ubuntu
interacts with my GPU, since the graphics processing has also been
stutter-y since then. I have an AMD Radon RX.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
