Hi All
https://www.reddit.com/r/Ubuntu/comments/zh4csz/2204_usb_suddenly_stopped_working/
I have added my comments here as below

Hi

There were no update involved as far as know I was doing my regular
work.

I saw same issue yesterday. I am using Ubuntu 22 on HP Zbook. My USB
port suddenly stopped working and were unable to work after multiple
restart. I visited many threads on internet and tried many ways
including modifying GRUB, but did not help. Eventually as mentioned in
your reply I waited till complete drain of laptop and then restarted and
magic happened my USB ports started working.

I guess its something like USB device are going in suspend mode and only
way to recover is battery drain, even restart or OFF -ON cycle wont
work.
