Please sync greetd 0.10.3-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Don't depend on dh_auto_test for build. Fixes Ubuntu riscv64 build.

The delta included two changes:
- Fixed permissions in the proper stage (execute_after_dh_fixperms),
which has been included upstream.

- Fixed Ubuntu's riscv64 build. The current version (1.10.3-3) builds
successfully on Ubuntu riscv64 without the delta.
