- d/rules: Remove boost and libevent arguments - no longer needed
- d/rules: Ignore restrict error to fix s390x and ppc64el builds
- d/rules: Remove -Wno-error=stringop-overflow flag - no longer needed
- d/copyright: Remove deleted libs/utils/dtoa.cc and use Oracle as author
for cmake/merge_archives_unix.cmake.in
* d/p/fix-python-file-shebang.patch: Update python shebangs to
/usr/bin/python3 to match debian policy
