If your system is bootable, then it is not a brick. What kernel are you trying to boot with when it fails? 6.11.x?
There's very little usable info here, so please: 1. Boot into failed situation. 2. Reboot with 6.8.0-53 kernel 3. Run: sudo journalctl -b -1 > prevboot.txt 4. Attach the resulting text file to a new bug. ** Summary changed: - Dead bricks the system! + System Fails to Boot ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2098100 Title: System Fails to Boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2098100/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
