The fix to zfs-linux has been released to jammy-updates. However, unless
you install the zfs-dkms package (and so build the zfs kernel module
from source locally) you'll be using the zfs module that is built in the
kernel package.

Users who want to can install the zfs-dkms package to get a fixed zfs
module *now*.

I've added a kernel task to track this.
