I wish it was just 10-15 seconds. For me I have to way 2-3 minutes before I can open a terminal. :D
Nvidia driver 550 with an rtx 3090. I then tried modifying the /usr/lib/systemd/user/xdg-desktop-portal-gnome.service by commenting out the Requisite=graphical-session.target line with a # prefix But that resultet in an infinite reboot loop after restarting the computer :).
