This new upstream version introduces these new impactful changes: - add dependency on libnuma (numa.h) - add new functions to API for libqat4 and libusdm0, because it is only adding new API functions, no need to bump the SONAME for both libraries - introduce a new configuration option --enable-icp-thread-specific-usdm for better performance scaling for multi-threaded applications, we decide to enable this option for the qatlib package.
