Looks like the restart of rabbitmq-server failed, but there is nothing
in the logs or terminal output as to why.
If this is still happening (try "sudo apt -f install", and/or "sudo systemctl
restart rabbitmq-server"), could you please attach the following log files:
/var/log/syslog
/var/log/rabbitmq/*.log
** Changed in: rabbitmq-server (Ubuntu)
