I may have figured this out. So qtilitools didn't have a watch file so I
added that, making it much easier to compile (previously we had to
manually set up the tarball). I got that uploaded last night and it hit
release today. So I updated my development box (getting the new version
of qtilitools in the process) and compiled both our git and upstream git
and both resulted in translated, complete Desktop Entries. So it seems
like qtilitools may have been the problem after all. Still have a little
more work/testing to do but I think we're on the home stretch.
