Well I don't know whats up with the dbgsym ones but I got the other
ones:

 $ ./remove-package -m "As requested in LP: #2096915" -A ubuntu -s plucky -a 
ppc64el -a s390x -a riscv64 -e 9.0.4+ds1-1ubuntu2 -b seafile-gui 
seafile-gui-dbgsym 
Removing packages from plucky:
        seafile-gui 9.0.4+ds1-1ubuntu2 in plucky ppc64el
        seafile-gui 9.0.4+ds1-1ubuntu2 in plucky riscv64
        seafile-gui 9.0.4+ds1-1ubuntu2 in plucky s390x

Remove [y|N]? y
