Hello,

I tried recreating this issue with the latest upstream kernel - 6.14.0-rc1
I am not facing the issue anymore.

====== Guest vm1 ======
RAM: 10Gi
Cpus: 4
Kernel: 6.14.0-rc1

====== Guest vm2 =======
RAM: 10Gi
Cpus: 4
Kernel: 6.14.0-rc1

=== Steps to verify ====
1. Bring up 2 Ubuntu 24.04 L2 guests with configuration mentioned as above
2. Run the attached stress-ng.sh script on both L2 guests
3. Trigger crash: echo c >/proc/sysrq-trigger on both L2 guests at the same time

======= Results ========
Both guests after triggering crash are booting successfully and able to colect
the vmcore simultaneously
