If screen rotation is supported then there will be a button in the quick
menu (top right corner of the panel). If it's not supported then don't
worry about it. I was probably being misled by all the monitor-related
orientation and lid functions. They may be regular status updates and
not relate directly to what triggered them, like window changes.
