Public bug reported:

At random times, usually but not always after a logout or reboot,
xfdesktop loses the number of workspaces that I have and reverts to 1. I
have saved the session.

Bug #1307251 is till present. When the workspace settings are preserved,
sometimes windows come back in the correct workspace and sometimes not.

A nuisance, but not a blockier.
