Install and boot into the 6.11.0-1012.12 kernel and test with:

1. Running "bluetoothctl list" shows bluetooth controller exists
2. In the bluetoothctl shell, run "scan on". The controller is able to scan. 
Turning off scanning show no errors. Neither does the device hang.
