Public bug reported:
When playing a video full screen there is a constant stutter every 10
odd seconds.
It is a fresh install of ubuntu 24.04.1 - installed mpv and mediainfo
Had extreme screen tearing in full screen - so installed unredirect
extension to solve that.
The moment I changed the video card to a radeon - the problem disappears - and
playback is smooth, seems to affect Intel graphics.
Also tried a Intel Arc A310 Card - same problem
