I would be great to havbe a newer llvm than 18.1.3 for 24.04/noble. The clang-format-18 from 18.1.3 is quite different from the one in 18.1.4 (and onwards). It gives formatting differences that cannot be controlled with tool settings. From 18.1.4 and onwards clang-format seems way more stable (also against llvm 19).
