Public bug reported:

When I turn on or reboot the pc, after entering the unlock password the
system goes into suspend/hibernate and I have to close and reopen the pc
lid, move the mouse, at which point it unlocks. The same problem appears
when I connect/disconnect the (original) power supply. The device is a
Samsung Galaxy Book 2 (NP750XEDKB3IT).
