Thanks for reporting this issue. It seems really bizarre that it's selecting 30 Hz and 320x200. It suggests your hardware is not getting detected properly.
Please attach your /etc/X11/xorg.conf, /var/log/Xorg.0.log, and the output of lspci -vvnn.
