I tried with 100 mounts/exports, and didn't see any noticeable time taken for each mount. Could you please share the following:
- the server OS. Is it also jammy? It is my understanding the bug lies in the client, but let's also check which server is being used - the server export options, i.e., the exact /etc/exports line Here I tried with both a jammy and noble server, and the export options were "/export/data89 *(rw,sync,no_subtree_check)" (example for one export). On the client, I used "-o rw,hard,rsize=1048576,wsize=1048576,vers=3,nointr,tcp,sync", but I also ran tests without any specific options (i.e., defaults). I know you can reproduce the issue, and we can proceed with the update on that basis, but I wanted to give a reproducer a try. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2091737 Title: Slow NFS Mounts with nfs-utils 1:2.6.1-1ubuntu1.2 (Regression from 1:1.3.4-2.5ubuntu3) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nfs-utils/+bug/2091737/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
