Disabling PSR2 doesn't do anything for me... Also testing 6.11 doesn't do anything to solve the issue. I'm starting to think I may have a separate issue.
Could someone check https://photos.app.goo.gl/at33cQcpw6wrvAqW7 to see if this is a separate problem? Somewhere in the boot process the screen switches to a sort of "interlaced left/right" mode.
