On the mainline series:

6.8.12 is OK

6.9.0 runs, but any reboot leaves the system "hung". It shuts down, but
does not restart, the power button on the box is lit (pressing it has no
effect - it just stays lit) and I have to switch off/on at the mains.

6.9.12 6.10.1 and 6.10.14 are the same.

The 6.11 series only runs for a few seconds before it completely loses
power (chopped - no orderly shutdown) and ends up in this "hung" state.

So something went wrong at the start of the 6.9 kernel series, and it is
getting worse.
