A sync of 3.2.6+dfsg1 from Debian is in plucky-proposed. running the reproducer:
1. lxc launch ubuntu-daily:plucky 2. edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources to include proposed 3. apt install freeradius 4. installed 3.2.5 5. run reproducer -- definitely reproduces 6. stop freeradius 7. apt install -t plucky-proposed freeradius 8. upgrades to 3.2.6 9. run reproducer -- returns properly and doesn't keep sending duplicate requests. I'll grab the commit from 3.2.6 in plucky and prepare backports to Oracular and Noble.
