Hi Nilesh.

I just wanted to ask how this is going. I understand there has been
conversations about environments not supported, both environment having
a patch applied and also running yoga, which is not the latest.

I would like to mention that we can work on those if necessary. The
customer is not against upgrading the environment, so you could consider
fixing it only for the latest versions. Also, we (Canonical) could take
the responsibility of back-porting that to yoga if that is the
customer's wish. Please disregard the version for now.

Also, about the patch, we could easily revert it and go back to
current/latest yoga packages (I kept the patches in the environment
because I was hoping to eliminate problems incrementally and if I remove
them we may go a step back).

Anyway, we don't currently have the needed hardware at Canonical and the
customer cannot upgrade to latest Openstack just for testing (it's a
very complex procedure), so we were hoping that you would have more
resources and a better test environment where you could replicate the
issue and help fixing it.

Please let me know how we can help you making this a priority. Thank
you!
