a) For future uploads, please make sure debian/watch is working, i.e.,
`uscan --download-current-version` should be able to produce the orig
tarball.
b) You are adding `jq` to the Depends list. On focal, this becomes a
problem, because `jq` in focal is in universe, and gce-compute-images-
packages is in main:
