Oracular ships with libvirt 10.6.0, but https://gitlab.com/libvirt/libvirt/-/commit/aae8a5774ba7891401408c1169b5ed70037372bb is very new and isn't part of an upstream release yet. I'm not convinced it actually fixes the issue.
