PPA checks:
1. cross arch builds
   -> all built without issues

2. no-change rebuilding depending packages against the new
   None is in a weird transitioning state of its own (nothing in proposed)

$ rmadison -u ubuntu -s source -s plucky,plucky-proposed ledmon libgpod lsvpd
tableau-parm zfcp-hbaapi
 ledmon       | 0.97-0ubuntu1   | plucky/universe | source, amd64, arm64,
armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
 libgpod      | 0.8.3-22        | plucky          | source
 lsvpd        | 1.7.14-1ubuntu2 | plucky          | source, ppc64el
 tableau-parm | 0.2.0-6build2   | plucky/universe | source, amd64, arm64,
armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
 zfcp-hbaapi  | 2.2.0-0ubuntu3  | plucky/universe | source

Checking each rev-dep in detail:

- ledmon - Ubuntu delta was going ahead, Debian which caught up => sync

- libgpod - no delta, in sync => no change rebuild as build1

- lsvpd - has delta without changes but done as ubuntuX, no new debian
=> no change rebuild as ubuntu3

- tableau-parm - no delta, has a few rebuilds => no change rebuild as
build3

- zfcp-hbaapi - ubuntu only, has a few rebuilds => no change rebuild as
ubuntu4

3. triggering autopkgtest
  - delayed, still waiting on the publishing to complete
