sshd -T | grep -E '^port|^listenaddress|^addressfamily' Again, the specific values are not so important, but I would like to know if they differ from the defaults. Is there any thing else special about your configuration? Can you also provide any relevant logs from ssh.service and ssh.socket during the time you could not connect?
