Looks like 5.38ubuntu1~22.04.1 was accepted on top of
5.37ubuntu3~22.04.1 while it was in proposed, but its changes file[2]
doesn't mention this bug anymore.

I see this bug mentioned in 5.38ubuntu1~22.04.1's d/changelog, though,
at a much older version:
