Public bug reported:
mysql-8.4 will be replacing mysql-8.0 in 25.04, and will include the
transition from libmysqlclient21 to libmysqlclient24. The mysql-8.4
package will take over the libmysqlclient-dev, mysql-client, mysql-
server, mysql-testsuite, and mysql-router binary packages from
mysql-8.0.
