Ok. I was trying to make it clear what is old carry-over and what are
new changes.

Ok but it looks like you dropped some bug numbers? I prefer to have them
all in the changelog.

Yes, kernel-common and linux-perf don't exist in Ubuntu and I wasn't
sure if that causes issues.
