Public bug reported: Openssl 3.4.0-1 has been uploaded to unstable and it's now possible to merge it.
I'm creating a bug report too because I encountered an issue while preparing the merge and it actually landed with 3.3 but somehow wasn't triggered which is odd. This was caused by the addition of "enable-fips" for Configure which makes our FIPS patches run additional tests which fail because the environment is not set up in the expected way (FIPS checksums are not present). We also don't want to package anything for FIPS in Ubuntu as it won't be usable by users due to not having matching paperwork, and will therefore be confusing. ** Affects: openssl (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2087955 Title: openssl: merge 3.4.0-1 from Debian unstable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/2087955/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
