This is a fresh install of Ubuntu 24.04 installed just to reproduce this
problem.
I create a new bug according your suggestion in bug 2061687
Desktop PC with: Bus 001 Device 004: ID 046d:082c Logitech, Inc. HD Webcam C615
I will keep this installation and use it only to test this problem.
