Public bug reported:

Hi,

Ubuntu still comes with ImageMagick 6.9.12.98+dfsg1-5.2build2 , but
https://legacy.imagemagick.org/ calls this a "legacy" version and
recommends to upgrade to version 7.

Using an outdated "legacy" version makes it difficult to report bugs and
impossible to get bug fixes.

regards
