Thanks. I know we have been carrying that mysql-8.0 delta for a while, but could you check if that's really still needed? mysql-8.0 is in sync with Debian and do wonder why it would only fail to build in Ubuntu, maybe the initial reason for adding the patch doesn't stand anymore?
