[Impact]
There are noise in the recorded audio with realteck audio chip on Dell AIO 
platform.

[Fix]
Realtek submit a fix for this issue which is included in linux-next now
78e7be018784 ALSA: hda/realtek: Limit internal Mic boost on Dell platform

[Test]
1. Boot to Ubuntu OS.
2. Record voice via arecord command, play wav file. 
3. No noise has been recorded

[Where problems could occur]
It limits internal Mic boost, so the only issue it could lead to is the input 
volume could become too low.
